Your company must shoulder your 105 paid ML as per the law within 30 days from the date u officially filed your leave. It will be reimburse by SSS to your company once you provide the PSA Birth Certificate to your HR.
yung sakin po ibibigay na ng company bago ako magleave.. aabonohan po muna nila, tapos pagbalik ko po after leave saka ko ipapasa mga gastos para makapag re inverse po sila sa sss.. 😊
