Hello po, anyone here na may gestational diabetes like me? 16 weeks preggy here. Ano mga tinetake mong gamot and ano foods na kabilang sa diet mo? ?

nag iinsulin ako ngayon due to diabetes..half lang lagi ang rice ko and even fruits di ko pwede ubusin isang buo..less bread din.no softdrinks and juices..more on vegetables

pinag insulin ako ng Endo ko kasi para makakain ako kaht papaano at di ma sobrang diet ksi need ng baby ng nutrients..
