Hello po. Anu pa best time pag inum ng folic acid?? Iniinum ko kasi xa before bed time. Ok lang ba .

Nung buntis ako, parang sa morning po ata ung nireseta sa akin. 😊 Pero any time of the day is also good. As long as regular po pag inom.
