Hello po! Anong gamit ninyong binder after c section? Necessary po ba talaga? And saan po ninyo nabili?

sakin ordinary binder lang, galing pa sa hospital. tela gamit nila para di mainit gamitin, necessary sya for few days until mag heal po :)
