Water with lemon mommy mas effective ganun iniinom ko binilhan ako ni hubby ko ng lemon kasi ako pag nag poop morning lang after mgkpe dati ngaun kasi gatas lang iiniinom ko din yung water ko na iniinom lagi is ung may lemon minsan 3x a day ako mag poop
I drink lukewarm water after waking up... Dati kasi I don't poop everyday even not preggy, mga 2 to 3 days bago maka poop. Yang warm water lang ang nakatulong sa akin po... ngayon everyday na ako nakaka poop.
Gnyan din ako before constipated. Pero start nung 2x a day ako nag mmilk. Fruits every meal or fruit shake po dpnde sa inyo and veggies. Un po daily ako ngppoops and more more water tlga... un po
Normal naman maging constipated Mommy... sa first trimester ko ganyan din ako. pero ngayon 2nd trimester regular na. just take more fruits na rich in fiber and more water
You can try yakult, yogurt or milk. It worked for me when I was pregnant and as per advise din ng OB ko.
More water sis and yakult. As much as possible kain ka ng maraming green leafy vegetables.
Ang bread po naka2 constipate..ganon aq last month..inom ka lang nag warm water po
Milk po. Yun un madalas makapagpadumi sa akin. Minsan sobra pa hehehe.
Water and high fiber diet po. Oatmeal, banana, and also yakult
