planking, sit up/curl ups, russian twist mga ganyan pong klase ng exercise mii yung tipong focus talaga sa ab muscles, search po kayo sa google or youtube ng mga abs exercises kahit yung pang beginner lang po

Less carbohydrates po - less rice, bread, pasta. Then exercise po 5-6x a week kahit walking for 30mins then abs exercises 2-3x a week for 30mins. Mas maganda kasi pag may aerobic exercise + toning.

Try nyo po simple Planking ☺️ Try nyo po at first kahit 15 secs lang, then tagalan nyo unti-unti eventually kayanin nyo 1 min... Do it kahit 2x a day 😁

Kilos kilos lang ma keri na yan , if kaya do planking yan pinaka the best na ginawa ko dati

wag din po lagi nakaupo, lalo na pag after meal
