Hello po? Ako lang po ba di makainom ng ferrous sinisikmura at sinusuka. Ano po pwede ipalit sa ferrous? 16 weeks pregnant here.

need magtake ng iron supplement to make more blood to bring oxygen to baby. iron supplement is taken on empty stomach but can cause upset stomach. the more the iron, it could cause upset stomach in some people. as per my OB, it can be taken atleast 5-10mins to minimize upset stomach. i was prescribed hemarate, the iron is as ferrous fumarate (not ferrous sulfate).
