mine taking before having check.up po. is b complex, quatrofol, duphaston 3x a day ( peru tapos na 7 days lng take q) at ngaung kakacheck.up nadagdagan ng calciumade ( bones ). currently 7weeks baseline. peru sa lmp is 6w3d. ☺️
Hello! Same tayo ng gamot na nireseta ng OB. ☺️ Pero meron din akong Elevit Pregnancy. 3x a day ako duphaston then bed rest for a month. Sa 2nd trimester po normally pinapalitan/dinadagdagan ni OB yung mga gamot.
monthly ay may consultation with OB. maaaring may ipabago within the 1st trimester. pero ung magbabago at additional ang supplements ay sa 2nd trimester.
duphaston is pampakapit and folic is for development. ok lang yan, bedrest muna
