hi mommy very easy lng po ung mga vege ilaga nui lng po mga 5-10min. wla ibng halo no sugar no salt tapos kung malambot na palamigin at iblend kong may blender po kau kng wla nmn pwd nui sya imashed o idurog sa tinidor lng..gnun lng then serve nui po with milk pra may lasa dn..better to stop cerelac kc consider junkfood po yn sa baby.
try mu po kalabasa, carrots, patatas at kamote.. pakuluan mu lang po then mashed mu.. qng masyado po malapot try mu po mag mix ng gatas nya, breastmilk po qng nagpapa breast feeding ka then qng d nmn po pd dn formula n natimpla pra mgng liquid ng kunti yung pagkain n namashed mu.
