Kahit yung usual na kain mo lang sis, hindi naman kailangang damihan eh,at wag din ireduced syempre.. as long as you opt for more healthier food na since bibnibuild mo din si baby while nasa tyan siya. Then continue taking your multivitamins para sure na sapat sainyong dalawa yung nutrients.

mag lowcarb foods ka po. hindi ka pa tataba healthy kpa and baby. eat every 2 to 3 hrs puro lowcarb lang po 👍

Ako po more on gulay and fruits sa kanin isang cup lng per meal.

brown rice,more on gulay,nilagang kamote and saba.
