LBM during pregnancy

Hello po, 33 weeks and 5 days preggy,. Anu po kaya pwede inumin or kainin kc kahapon pa po aq ng LBM. Then laging mabigat feel q s tyan ko kya sobrang hirap dn kumilos. Share ur experience plsss. Thanks po s sasagot.

keep hydrated po yas eat banana para tumigas ang poop. nag lbm din ako nung 35 weeks tas feeling lalagnatin pero wala naman lagnat. warm lemon water with a pinch of salt ininom ko para sa electrolytes. pwede siguro pocari sweat. maganda ask nyo pa din si Ob nyo.
