High Blood Sugar

Hi po. 1st time pregnant po. Currently 9 weeks and 5 days na ako and we found out na tumaas ang blood sugar ko. Madami po ba naka experience nito? Any reco and idea po? #pleasehelp Thank you.

Gestational Diabetes? I had to take a strict diet for a month kasi on the 8th month nakitang mataas ang sugar ko... so nagkaroon ako consultation sa dietitian sa Makati Med and she gave me a meal plan.. :)
