High Blood Sugar

Hi po. 1st time pregnant po. Currently 9 weeks and 5 days na ako and we found out na tumaas ang blood sugar ko. Madami po ba naka experience nito? Any reco and idea po? #pleasehelp Thank you.

Iwas ka sa sweets and mataas sa carbs - mango, rice, white bread.. 1/2 cup of rice will do and 1 slice of gardenia bread usually ako noon. Marami pa iba suggestions n food but I can’t remember na eh.
