Hi, I think if your stitches have healed then you can go ahead as normally as you used to have sex before delivery. All you can take care is do not rush into things and take it slowly. Have a foreplay and slowly move towards sex and tell your husband to be gentle which I am sure he will be. And if you are not feeling fine through the intercourse, do not force to reach the climax for him or yourself. You can stop and do it the next time.
