i took iron supplements kasi palagi akong nahihilo.. ng reseta talaga c doc. take small frequent meals.. and dont stand up right away. dahan2x lng talaga ang kilos.

Normal po yan madam, gawin nyo n lng po pakonti konti lng ung kain nyo tpos mayat maya n lng po

Ok na po ang bread or biscuit pra malamnan ang tummy. Wag po papagutom or papaka busog ng husto pra ndi mangasim sikmura
