You can’t stop right away. You can follow the website below for the suggestion. https://www.medela.us/breastfeeding/articles/how-to-wean-from-pumping-and-let-your-pump-go For me, when I wean off pumping, I decrease the pumping session from 5 times a day to 4 times then to 3 times then to 1. It takes time as if you wean off too fast it may result in engorged breast. Before you start weaning off, do ensure that your baby is ok with formula milk. Hopes this website helps as well. https://www.babybonus.msf.gov.sg/parentingresources/web/Babies/BabiesNutrition/BabiesBreastfeeding/Babies_Weaning_Stopping_Breastfeeding?_afrLoop=61229177609722890&_afrWindowMode=0&_afrWindowId=null#%40%3F_afrWindowId%3Dnull%26_afrLoop%3D61229177609722890%26_afrWindowMode%3D0%26_adf.ctrl-state%3D2uy66usmp_4

There are indeed medicines you can take. My ObGyn offered to prescribe them for me if needed (I was considering TTC again and had not yet weaned my first LO)

once u stop latching n pumping it will automatically stop for about 2 weeks time or 1 month and eat dry food

I think there’s a meds u can ask for at poly. I’m not very sure either. But that’s what I heard.
