Tripped and sprained my ankle and toes @ 32 weeks. I was told that we shldnt massage the leg in third trimester. What can i do? shld i be worried ?

Can massage but make sure it's a certified masseuse who knows where the trigger point is. Look for those who can do pre natal massage

What is the procedure and labour experience there like Pls share

I delivered last dec and my bill was around 10k. I had normal delivery with epidural and vacuum and stayed in single bedder room. For labour exp, i didnt feel any pain coz I asked epidural early even if i'm still not in pain but already 3cm dilated.
