Worm in the poop while pregnant

Please respect my post. Anyone here has experienced na may worm (bulate) ang poop nila while pregnant? I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and I'm a bit worried cause I noticed a big worm in my poop (gross I know), at the same time nahihiya akong sabihin sa OB ko and I don't know if it has something to do with or can harm my pregnancy. If anyone has experienced or knows what to do, I'd love to hear from you.
