Rectal Prolapse?

I am 23 weeks preganant and I experienced rectal prolapse. Yesterday, when I poop It was really hard then after That I noticed somethings wrong with my anus. I checked and it is rectal prolapse. Anyone with the same experience? What to do? #advicepls

Same situation .I asked that to my Ob-gyne n she said its normal daw sa pregnant magka rectal prolapse. Yung pressure daw kasi sa pelvic lalo pag lumalaki si baby iwasan din ang spicy foods momsh
