Good food for first trimester
Please help me with healthy and nutritious food ideas. I am in my first trimester

No alcohol, avoid raw food. Go for more fibre and protein. These are good for you and baby. Baby needs calcium, so taking milk and cheese is helpful too. Go for hard cheese, dont choose soft cheese. However, dont restrict yourself too much either. If you crave for anything, just eat it. You can moderate by alternating healthy and unhealthy options but don’t have to restrict too much that you force yourself to take healthily at every single meal 🙂
Read moreJust eat what u feel like eating. Just no raw and alcohol. Baby wont be absorbing any nutrients yet at first trimester.
