Hi momsh! I took it while pregnant & experienced mild constipation. So my OB suggested to shift to Sangobion Pre natal, mas okay bowel movement ko dun. Hehe. Anyway, it is still better to consult your OB. God bless! 💕

Yes sis okay naman siya. Pina stop ibang tinatake ko, iberet and calcium lang iniinom ko. Nandoon na daw kasi lahat sa Iberet ☺️

Para po yan sayo at kay baby na rin, ferrous & folic. Not necessary ung energy mommy.

Yes I know po but there are so many other brands of pre natal vits out there, I just wanna know if hiyang ba majority ng mga mommies dito.
