Planning to take my kids to Baler, Aurora but I heard that the waves get pretty big during the latter part of the year. When's the best time to go there? Thanks!

I'd say summer season is still the best. We went there mid-year before (around June or July) and it was definitely the wrong time of the year to go there. It rained very hard going there and it was still a heavy downpour going back to Manila. Though the weather did calm during our stay, the sea was brownish due to the heavy rain so it was not that relaxing to look at (plus the overall gloomy weather).
