Planning on making lumpiang ubod for dinner. How do you make it appealing for children to eat?

I would suggest to have it as "hubad" rather than wrapped. To present the colorful veggies as they are (perhaps sliced into different shapes and slightly cooked and glazed) will make it more appetizing to kids. You know they love mix of colors than plains. Just be wary though of the kids who are allergic to peanut. You might want to have it on a separate bowl and not premixed with the sweet sauce. :)

Once you have wrapped the ginisang ubod filling, write your kid's name using the sauce on top of the wrapper. Be creative. You can draw smileys, flowers and animals using the sweet and sour lumpia sauce.
