Hi. pinapainom na ako ng ob ko ng eve primrose 3x a day for 1 week. okay lang ba yun base sa mga karanasan nyo? 1st time mom here. stock kasi ako sa 1 cm. kabwanan ko na po. ty.
Hi! Yes, ojay naman sya, Evening Primrose Oil kasi helps in dilating the cervix especially when you are preparing yourself for labor. My OB suggested that to me before sa 2nd baby ko. 🥰 Don't be scared. Maganda naman sa katawan ang EPO. 🥰 Good luck!
