Am I pregnant or period is coming late?

My period is 5 days late. 8days ago i had a massive cramp, and headaches. Im also bloated. I took a pregnancy test. And it’s negative. Help!

I once had 12 days of missed period and not pregnant. And my period since young has always been regular. Went to clinic but nothing serious so i guess i was just stressed at that time. But you just wait for a few more days and test again. Best of luck! 🌻

Nxt time can try pomegranate juice if you’re TTC. I tried for 8 mths and negative. Just the mth before i conceived, i tried to drink that. Alhamdulillah somehow it works. Maybe just luck.
