Autism on babies

Hi parents..i would like to us if any of you has a child with autism or ASD? I have a son who is already 18months old and having signs of autism..we haven't consulted his pedia yet but we are planning this week..can you kindly share with me your experiences or kindly educate me how to handle the case?
