Hey parents, when we say "spinach", which type are we referring to, for weaning/introducing solids? 1) 菠菜? 2) heng chye? 3) or the salad type of spinach? or all 3 types also suitable? thanks!

I give baby Spinach and sharp Spinach. I steam or use it to cook soup. Easy as abc best part whole family can eat too.

1) & 2) also can. i would usually get baby spinach for the first veg
I gave red spinach n Heng Chye ( Chinese spinach)
