Yes po. Nafile ko na sa Mat1. Pero I'm not sure if aware ang company nila na may ganun na ang sss. Baka magulat sila na aside from 7days paternity leavr ay may another 7days pa sya na leave. Sympre on their part, bakit ko ito pasasahuran, ng another 7 days? Diba po ganun? kung wala sila agreement ng sss kung pano set up nun?

Depende kung ni grant ni company ang 7 days leave nya. He will be paid by the company..
