I emailed them, here’s part of their reply: Please be informed that as per PhilHealth Circular No. 7, Series of 2020, if we are affected of Fortuitous events, MDR is no longer needed to avail the PhilHealth benefits. Nabasa ko rin before dito ung isang Mommy Philhealth ID lang pinakita niya :)
