Eat foods na rich in fiber mommy. Increase your water intake. You can also drink probiotic drinks like Yakult to help you in digestion.
Stay well hydrated and include fiber rich foods in your diet mamsh. Common kasi talaga sating mga preggy ang constipation. Stay safe!

Ako po umiinom ng nescafe decaf 1x a day. Then more water. Di po ako hirap sa pag poop
