more water and papawis po (nakakaburn ng carbs and sugar) less sweets, no to salty foods, no to softdrinks din po, and less rice po.. at 11 weeks 55 kls ako and 5'2 ang height.. nung 38 weeks ako saka lang ako nag 70 kls hanggang manganak ako
