Pagkirot ng puson pero tolerable naman

Hi mommy! I'm 7wks along and also experiencing that. It's considered normal naman po unless consistent yung pain (parang dysmenorrhea). Try to take a rest lang paminsan minsan and inom maraming water. If the pain is consistent, let your OB know kasi it is considered not normal. I hope this helps! 🙏🏻
