I had PCOS since highschool and nag regularize lang period ko during pandemic (2020) kasi WFH Kaya lutong bahay lagi nakakain ko and complete sleep. Ang dami kong nainom na gamot since teenage year akala ko di na talaga marereverse ung PCOS ko. I got pregnant ng 2022 after TTC for two months (we used flo app to monitor my ovulation). Complete sleep Healthy food Water and supplements Regular Exercise (not excessive) Consult your OB. Ask for tests. I had thyroid scan din and nakita na contributory yun sa PCOS ko.
