Ako po halos 3 liter ng tubig naiinom ko kada araw super lakas kopo sa tubig kasi dahil may uti ako before pregnancy parang nasanay nako na kailangan panay inom ako ng water HAHAHA

Oo nmn mas mgnda nga yan eh. Na uminom ka ng maraming tubig magnda nga yung 3LTR ang maubos mo sa isang araw. Kci need yan lalo na buntis tau.

Ok naman po uminom, hindi naman po affected amniotic fluid. mas ok pa din ang hydrated ka.

Ako mii in between ng subo ng food umiinom ng water kasi constipated ako. Helped me naman.
