Yes not only pra bumaba pra may exercise ka din po ksi mabigat na yan si baby sa tummy... Pra hnd ka mahirapan magpush... It helps din ksi ang walking sa breathinh mo po... Goodluck po
ako 29 weeks nag start every morning sis.. 😄😄 ngayun ma baba na si baby for 36 weeks and 1 day. iniintay ko nlng pag labas nya. hebe
