paano po magagamit yung philhealth? ano pong mga documents kailangan? employed po ko sa hotel pero yung march hanggang due date ko September is ako na nagbayad mismo.

Request Lang po Kayo sa company nyo ng list of contribution nyo sa philhealth atleast 9 months prior to your due date( example: from July 2019 to June 2020). At COE po Then ipaprint nyo po back to back Yung id nyo sa philhealth

sa hosp po may ipapafill out silang form then may pinapasign sila sa doctor then iaabot nila sa inyo after msign ng doctor, ippresent nyo un sa cashier then sila na bahala
