Paano po ba ang tamang pag test ng blood sugar? One hour after first bite or 1 hr after last bite? Thank you po sa sasagot. Sana mapansin.

Depende po sa advice ng Doktor sis. Ang sa akin is ganito: MWF- before breakfast, before dinner (95 normal) Tues/thursday- 1hr after breakfast tapos 1 hr after dinner ( normal result is 125) Sat/Sun- before lunch, 1hr after lunch (125) Tapos after 2 weeks balik ako for follow check up sa doktor hindi po sa OB ko yan.

Depende po sa instructions ng ob. Yung akin po kasi dati before breakfast after breakfast ounch and dinner. 4x a day po ako ng prick. 😶
