Experiencing it now upon entering 2nd tri. Yoga and walking to stretch those muscles and skin. Helps that I moisturize the skin around the area with lite massage kasi no stretch marks (or maybe because genes). Ang abangan mo is yung back pain. Nakakaloka di mo alam pano hihinga or saan pupuwesto. Can be relieved with a hot pack pag nakaupo or nakahiga.
