flu allergy

Only 4 wks++ pregnant and everyday i am sneezing /having a cold. My nose feels so irritated everytime. Is this normal? Afraid that it would affect my pregnancy. Anything i can take for my immune system? I am taking prenatal multivitamins & folic acid before & during pregnancy. Thank u!

I have sinus issue that lead to flu for both my pregnancy during 1st tri... took flu med that my gynae prescribed when I cant take it... I also took those chicken essense from Tian Yuan Xiang to boost up my immunity.
