Enjoy the full pregnancy journey and let nature take its course. Take lots of sleep and have a good diet. This all will bring positivity and good vibes for you :) Lastly cherish this time as later you can think of these moments when you brought a life in world and it is going to bring a big smile on your face :)

during pregnancy alot of ppl will say, just eat whatever u want because u will slim down when breastfeeding. Don't get fool cos not everyone is the same. Just maintain a healthy diet, walk as much if u can. When baby arrive, be patience, sleep whenever u can, let ur husband and or family help you. :)

Always ask your hubby for help, don’t feel you can do it all! Most men don’t offer help voluntarily unless asked. Don’t turn down any assistance from friends, family, and neighbours because you’ll need it. Lastly, enjoy every sleepless nights, cries, leaks😄 and take care of you.

It’s okay if things are not perfect or under control all the time. We learn and grow, and we keep loving our little ones. Bonus: You’re stronger and more capable than you think you are 🥰

Don't stress yourself but have to do research on what to expect after baby arrival so won't get so stress after giving birth. Follow the flow don't flood yourself with too much info.

It is not going to be easy. Don't be hard on yourself. Share your burden or worries with your husband and family. Hang it there and you will make it! Go Mummies!

Every stretchmark, sleepless nights or wrinkles is worth it when you see your little one smile. Not every day is perfect; each day is a learning process.

Even if you have to do certain things alone, just do it. And stay positive always! All the best to all the first time mums! ❤️❤️❤️

Though it can be overwhelming, be open about receiving help from others while you heal and bond with your baby.

Relax, and whatever decision you make it’s for the best for your baby so don’t be so hard on yourself
