Yoga can help kids to build concentration, as well as increase their confidence and positive self-image. When you say that kids will do yoga at home, will there be an instructor? For me just to be safe for the kids, it is better to have someone like an instructor who will facilitate this so that they can ensure that the poses are correct.

I'm not sure of any proven or scientific benefits, but yoga--generally speaking--calms my wife down immeasurably. So, I can imagine it could help your kids find peace and help release stress or extra energy! It could be really beneficial for their mental health and temperament!
