Missed a dose of multivitamin

Is it okay to miss a dose of multivitamin once in a while? 25weekspregnant.

Yes it’s ok don’t worry. Just eat it the next day. It helps to have a routine to help you remember. I will usually eat it first thing in the morning followed by some fruits before I have my breakfast after.

Yup no worries just continue to take them daily. Missing 1 or twice doesnt hurt but of course not recommended.
