Cetaphil body lotion for baby

Hi mommy. Alam ko may cetaphil baby wash na with moisturizer na para di mo na sha need lagyan ng lotion after bath. My LO’s pedia recommended we do not put anything sa balat ni baby - not even lotion, powder or cologne. These may cause allergic reactions kasi. The only time the pedia recommended lotion sa LO ko was when he had eczema/rashes sa legs. We were told to use Mustela Stelatopia for dry and atopic skin.
