Is it okay to drink Milo 2 times a day? Bfast and meryenda sa hapon. Sabi kasi nagpapa gatas yun kaya un pinabili ko hehe no sugar naman po. Btw im 32weeks preggy 😊

better to take it in moderation. even if you di po lagyan ng sugar, may sugar content po ang milo.😊
