Is it true that Milo helps boosts breastmilk? Is it okay to drink while breastfeeding? I've red some articles saying consuming chocs will affect baby's sleep..

ako po sis nung nagpapa breastfeed pa, pag umiinom ng milo mas lalong dumadami gatas, pero hindi po araw araw dahil baka tumaas din po sugar ko.
