Pwede ba ang fresh milk for pregnancy?

I know it's recommended to drink Maternity Milk. Pero is fresh milk good for pregnancy or is it safe to drink cold fresh cow milk during pregnancy?

Cold fresh milk is fine as long as it’s pasteurized. But don’t drink cold stuff too often during pregnancy as it is not good for baby lungs. Wait till the milk not too cold then drink.
