Pregnancy Milk And Supplements

Hi all. Is it ok to take both pregnancy milk and Blackmores Advanced Pregnancy tabs? Bcz Blackmores tabs contains all the nutrients needed and i think enough, like folic acid, iron, fish oil, vitamins A and D, etc. If i consume both will it cause overdose of nutrients and cause harm to baby? TIA.

It’s okay to take both if you like, or you can also take normal milk for the calcium:) In fact, if you eat a well balanced diet, the food will already contain these nutrients:)
