Is it ok not to wake my 1 month old baby at night for milk for more than 5 hours?

You are so lucky. Definitely ok. Babies will request when they are hungry

Yes it’s okay. Just feed more during waking hours:) feed on demand

If gaining weight well then it’s okay

Yes, it's fine. Feed only when hungry.
