Your placenta is fine. You have to take into consideration your Y-shaped cervixwith 20% funneling. It could be a risk for incompetent cervix. Your OB will explain it to you once you bring your ultrasound result to her.
There will be risks po kaya it's better to let your OB see your ultrasound report so she can advise you properly if you need to go thru treatment. Don't worry it can be fixed naman.
