Calcium vits and Anmum

Ok lang po ba ipag alternate ko yung pag inom ng Anmum at Calcium vitamins? Parang today po mag anmum ako tapos tomorrow mag calcium vitamins naman ako?

Hi! I just asked the same question with my OB earlier. She said it’s better to take the calcium vits together with the milk pdn for better results. Hindi lang kasi siya milk pero it’s added rin with some nutrients which is essential for us pregnants.

Hehe nabubusog na kasi ako after ko uminom ng milk, baka iduwal ko lang po yung vitamins pag ininom ko din after hehe, nahihirapan po kasi ako uminom ng gamot ngayon gawa ng ang laki.
